Equipment Manager – Western Slope District, Vernal UT

Crossfire LLC is currently recruiting for an Equipment Manager for the Western Slope District located in Vernal, UT.

This position will manage daily operations for equipment procurement, inventory management, maintenance functions and parts. Ideal candidate will possess 3 years of construction equipment management experience and will possess experience with diagnostics, maintenance and repair of diesel and gas engines, transmissions, hydraulics and electrical systems on heavy equipment and trucks.

Strong knowledge of computers and software used in equipment maintenance and repair is preferred. Candidate must have to ability manage a wide variety of equipment along with the ability to provide excellent customer service. Candidate must have valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

This position is responsible for providing administrative coordination and support to project management. Project Coordinators provide administrative support to Project Managers and Estimators and assist with job planning, information gathering and procurement.

Ideal candidate will have a degree in a related field, strong computer, organizational and administrative skills with the ability to handle diverse administrative tasks. Must have strong customer service attitude and effective communication skills.

Quality Management System (QMS) Manager – Corporate Office, Durango, CO


Crossfire, LLC is currently recruiting for a Quality Management System (QMS) Manager. The QMS manager will be responsible for Crossfire’s Quality Management System (QMS) which includes managing company-wide compliance with quality policies, procedures, processes, programs, and practices to assure Crossfire’s continuous conformance with our current ISO 9001 certification.

Position requires a bachelor’s degree in business management or similar and one year of experience working in an ISO regulated quality management environment. Candidate must possess strong teambuilding and leadership qualities and must have excellent technical writing skills.

Crane Operators – Gillette, WY

Crossfire, LLC is currently hiring for Crane Operators.

Qualified candidates must possess a current NCCCO Crane Certification and have three years of experience operating a 50 + ton crane. Applicants must possess a valid class A CDL with clean driving record. Travel will be required.

Qualified candidate must possess a current NCCCO Crane Certification and have three years of experience operating cranes. Experience in swing cab is preferred. Applicants must possess a valid class A CDL with clean driving record and have the ability to handle the physical demands of this position. Travel will be required.

Project Managers – Corporate Office, West Texas District, Western Slope District

Crossfire, LLC is currently recruiting for Project Manager positions. These positions will be responsible for project estimation and management.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering is preferred. Two years’ experience in oilfield estimating and project management is desirable. Candidate must possess strong analytical and organizational skills, including the ability to manage simultaneous projects. Advanced computer and math skills with proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, Outlook and P6 are required. Must have the ability to meet strict deadlines and communicate effectively with a wide range of clients and team members. Travel may be required.
