Parts and Service Manager - Four Corners District Office - Oxford, CO

Crossfire, LLC is currently recruiting for a parts and service manager located in Oxford, CO. Job responsibilities will include assisting the Corporate Equipment Manager with the day-to-day operations of service, repair and parts ordering for Crossfire's vehicle and equipment fleet. Position will coordinate repair orders and parts ordering.

Three plus years' experience in parts ordering and service technician work is desirable. Must possess strong organizational and planning skills.

Certified Welding/Quality Control Inspectors – Front Range District (Denver, CO and Cheyenne, WY)

Crossfire, LLC is currently recruiting for Certified Welding/Quality Control Inspectors. The CWI is responsible for inspecting 100% of welds performed and ensuring compliance with Crossfire’s procedures. The CWI will report directly to Crossfire’s Quality Control Manager and Operations Manager.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Monitor and Evaluate welds to ensure compliance with the applicable codes, standards, and specific client job requirements
  • Conduct inspections of equipment to ensure proper settings and operations
  • Responsible for making recommendations to improve overall process and efficiencies
  • Approve repairs and ensure quality of work
  • Submit inspection and rework reports
  • Maintain welder log, welder certifications, and compile as-build weld mapping

Requirements:

  • AWS Accredited Certified Welding Inspector Certification
  • 3+ years of experience in ASME / API welding inspection
  • Computer skills in Microsoft Office
  • Strong work ethic and leadership ability
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with a wide range of team members
  • Ability to pass drug test and background screenings
  • Will be required to pass weld test

Safety Coordinators – Pennsylvania and Colorado

Crossfire, LLC is currently recruiting for Safety Coordinators in Wellsboro, PA and Nunn, CO areas.

This team member will perform a variety of tasks including facilitating corporate health and safety policies and procedures, conducting safety orientations, meetings and training, implementing site specific health and safety plans, participating in safety audits and conducting internal safety investigations.

Ideal qualified candidate will possess five years plus of current relevant experience as a safety professional and be bilingual in English and Spanish. Current OSHA training certification is considered a plus. Candidate must have outstanding verbal, written and presentation skills. The nature of this position demands good judgment and solid decision making skills. Candidate must be able to work outdoors in a wide range of conditions. Successful candidate will be required to pass a pre-employment drug test.

Seeding Crew – Four Corners

Crossfire, LLC is currently hiring foreman and operators for our seeding and reclamation crews. Ideal candidate will possess a valid class A CDL license with a clean driving record. Experience in storm water management and running farm equipment is desirable. Candidate must have good organizational and record keeping skills. Candidate must also have good communication skills with the ability to work with a wide variety of clients and team members. This is a physically demanding job, candidate must have the ability to handle the physically demanding nature of this position. Travel will be required.

Project Managers – Corporate Office, West Texas District, Western Slope District

Crossfire, LLC is currently recruiting for Project Manager positions. These positions will be responsible for project estimation and management.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering is preferred. Two years’ experience in oilfield estimating and project management is desirable. Candidate must possess strong analytical and organizational skills, including the ability to manage simultaneous projects. Advanced computer and math skills with proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, Outlook and P6 are required. Must have the ability to meet strict deadlines and communicate effectively with a wide range of clients and team members. Travel may be required.
