NRU and AMINE FACILITY CONSTRUCTION IN 60,000 MAN HOURS
The construction of a Nitrogen Rejection Unit (NRU) and Amine facility showcases Crossfires ability to partner with clients on complex projects from start to finish. This project consisted of:
- Civil infrastructure
- EPC
- Fabrication
- Field installation
- Instrumentation and electrical work
A Team of 60-80 Crossfire employees expended 60,000 man hours while providing 700 yards of concrete and 32,000 weld inches. In order to increase welding production, Crossfire utilized an in house fabrication facility to construct spool pieces and transport to site. The coordination between shop and field fabrication helped to expedite the project schedule. Crossfire, along with partner Bolt, was able to self-perform 90% of all construction, keeping control of safety, quality, schedule, and cost.
